بررسی میدانی ویژگی‌های حرفه‌ای و سطح دانش عطاران در سیستان

چکیده

چکیده
تشریح مسئله: گیاهان یکی از اولین و در دسترس ترین منابع قابل استفاده در درمان می‌باشند و گیاهان دارویی از ارزش و اهمیت خاصی در تأمین بهداشت و سلامت جوامع برخوردار هستند. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی ویژگی‌های حرفه‌ای و سطح دانش عرضه کنندگان گیاهان دارویی منطقه‌ی سیستان شامل پنج شهرستان (زابل، زهک، هیرمند، نیمروز و هامون)، مورد بررسی قرار گرفت.
روش کار: جامعه آماری این مطالعه توصیفی‌- پیمایشی را 62 عطاری شناسایی شده منطقه‌ی سیستان تشکیل داد و به منظور جمع آوری داده ها به روش مصاحبه با تکمیل و آنالیز پرسشنامه مورد سنجش قرار گرفت.
نتایج: نتایج نشان داد که میانگین سنی افراد مشغول در عطاری 47/12± 29/38 سال با سابقه کار حدود 63/8 ± 95/9 سال که تنها 90/12درصد از این افراد دارای تحصیلات دانشگاهی هستند که 84/4 درصد مدرک مرتبط با گیاهان و کشاورزی می‌باشند و 45/56 درصد دیپلم و 65/30 درصد تحصیلات زیر دیپلم داشتند و از سطح دانش اندکی در زمینه گیاهان دارویی برخوردار بودند. گیاهان دارویی پرتقاضا به ترتیب شامل شوید، زیره‌ی سبز، رازیانه، گشنیز، آویشن، هل، دارچین، فلفل سیاه، اسپند و زردچوبه بود.
نتیجه گیری: کسانی که به عنوان فروشنده گیاهان دارویی فعالیت می‌کنند، علم و‌‌‌ دانش اولیه در زمینه گیاهان دارویی، عوارض و تداخلات با داروهای شیمیایی را ندارند و ضروریست دوره های آموزشی در این خصوص را طی نمایند.

Abstract
Medicinal plants are first and most available resources for disease treatment. The aim of this study is investigation of professional characterization and the level of knowledge of the sellers of medicinal plants and finding top bestselling medicinal plants in Sistan. All identified apothecaries shop in Sistan were determined as statistical population. Data was collected using standard questionnaire. Reliability and validity of the questionnaire were also assessed. The results show that average age of the individuals is around 38.29 ±12.47 years with work experience of 9.95±8.63 years. The study has showed that the 12.9% has college education that 4.84% of them are related to medicinal plants, 56.4% are diploma and the others are under the diploma. Ten high demand medicinal plants were determined as Anethum graveolens, Cuminum cyminum, Foeniculum vulgare, Coriandrum sativum, Zataria multiflora, Elettaria cardamomum, Cinnamomum zeylanicum, Piper nigrum, Peganum harmala and Curcuma longa. Those who work as a medicinal plant vendor, do not have Science and knowledge in the field of medicinal plants of side effects and interactions with chemical drugs. It seems necessary to train all herbal drug sellers for medicinal plants, it is complications and interactions.
