بررسی اقتصادی فعالیت کشت و تولید گیاه دارویی عُناب در استان قم

چکیده

از جمله مهمترین عوامل مؤثر بر توسعه صنعت گیاهان دارویی، توانایی‌های فنی تولیدکنندگان در زمینه تولید اقتصادی و سودآور گیاهان دارویی می‌باشد در متدولوژی تحقیق، به منظور بررسی شاخص های سودآوری فعالیت کشت و تولید گیاه دارویی عُناب از شاخص های اقتصاد مهندسی از جمله ارزش حال خالص، نسبت فایده به هزینه و بازده فروش فعالیت استفاده شد. داده های این پژوهش مربوط به سال 1396 بوده که به روش اسنادی در استان قم جمع آوری شد. نتایج نشان داد هزینه های سرمایه‌ای و جاری احداث یک هکتار باغ عناب در سال مطالعه 216 میلیون ریال می‌باشد. طی سال های مطالعه، ارزش حال درآمد خالص فعالیت با نرخ بهره‌های بانکی 15و 18درصد به ترتیب 1/61 و 1/3 میلیارد ریال و شاخص سودآوری نسبت فایده به هزینه به ترتیب 4/5 و4/1 برآورد شد. این موضوع نشانگر آن است که به ازای یک ریال سرمایه گذاری در این فعالیت، بیشتر از یک ریال نصیب سرمایه گذار خواهد شد. در سال اول باردهی، بازده فروش سالانه محصول 89/8 درصد برآورد گردید، به این مفهوم که یک ریال فروش 89/8 درصد سود به همراه داشته است. بنابراین با توجه به شاخص سودآوری، انجام این کسب و کار اقتصادی بوده است.

Among the most important factors affecting the development of the medicinal plants industry are the technical capabilities of producers in the field of economic production and the profitability of medicinal plants. In order to investigation profitability indices of cultivation and production of medicinal plant of jujube activity used engineering economic methods including Net present value (NPV), Benefit-cost ratio (B/C) and Safety return. Data of this study collected to documentary method from Ghom province in 2019. Results showed that, capital and current expenses for the construction of one hectare of Jujube orchards in the study year were 216 Iranian million rials. During periods, Net present value of activity with discount rates of 15 and 18 percent, was estimated 1.6 and 1.3 Iranian million rials, respectively. Benefit-cost ratio of activity with discount rates of 15 and 18 percent was estimated 4.5 and 4.1 unit, respectively. Thus, based on profitability indices, implementation of this study was economic. In the first year of fruiting, Safety return of this product was estimated 89.8 percent, In the sense that one rial of sales resulted in %89.8 profit.
